- Finding the initial meeting place for the Tuscany winefarm tour was a little difficult; however, that is the only negative. Once we began our journey (on a comfortable bus) our tour guide was charming and informative and kept us informed of all tourist attrcations along the way. The castle wine farm was beautiful and the guide was wonderful.
Tasting consisted of cheese, bread, and two glasses of delicious red wine. We were also offered a dessert wine into which we dunked our biscotti - as instructed. We visited the town of also a hilltop church in Chianti while the sun was setting over the valley. Breathtaking!! We went to a restaurant after for a delicious dinner. When we boarded the tour bus after a long, wonderful day, we were all in agreement that this was one of the highlights of our trip to Florence Italy. - The Tuscany bicycle and winery tour was great. You must be used to biking in the hill, though, don't believe them when they say it is suitable for all ages and ability levels. They stop often along the way but you must bike up a large hill to arrive at the restaurant! The lunch was great and the bicycle ride back was a breeze - all downhill. Beware if you are used to cycling on flat terrain. This is a gradual climb, but it is all uphill until lunch.

- The cheese and wine tasting in Florence could not have been better! A neat setting with an extremely knowledgeable Sommelier. The cheeses which he paired with the wines were awesome! We are not big red wine fans, however this tasting changed our minds, knowing the correct pairings makes the difference. Our tour was small enough that the Sommelier also spent plenty time and gave us a knowledge base for food parings with certain wines.

- There were only two of us on this cheese and wine tasting Florence tour which was fantastic! The cheeses and jams were absolutely delicious and the wine was fantastic. Our host was very welcoming and thorough about giving us the details for each wine: where it came from, how it was made and the best food accompaniments.
